I am Al Wadleigh. I am a highly-skilled Feldenkrais Practitioner working with people in the Santa Fe, Madrid, and Cerrillos area.Motivated by my interest in NLP and Hypnosis I started my recording and publishing business in my early 20s. In my 30s I discovered the Feldenkrais Method when I developed severe back pain. About the time I reached my 40s I decided to become a Feldenkrais Practitioner. Because my Feldenkrais training had such a profound influence on my health and well-being, I chose to put all my skills in working with people, recording, and publishing toward working with and promoting the Feldenkrais Method.
