Dr. Brunengraber, in practice since 1999, is the owner and principal chiropractor at Smithtown Wellness.Dr. Brunengraber started Smithtown Wellness out of a desire to get out of the large practice setting and focus more one-on-one with his patients. In practice since 1999, he soon realized that the doctor-patient relationship was being strained in large practices and that mere minutes of contact were not enough to deliver the world-class care he desired to bring to the Smithtown community
