I have a passion for all things holistic health: massage therapy, energy work, Reiki, aromatherapy, psychology, etc. I became a massage therapist because I wanted to help people heal in a way that is very personal and holistic. It is a health practice that is positive and enjoyable for the majority, which I find is key in helping people develop into their best selves. This not only complements Western medicine in treating existing medical conditions, but it also aids in the prevention of dis-ease in all aspects of the self. Massage therapy and Reiki have allowed me to create a healing space where I can accompany my clients on their journeys of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
​My business began after graduating from massage therapy school and becoming licensed in 2016. Originally, it was based out of a wellness center. I had the privilege of working alongside two separate skilled chiropractors until June of 2023, when I re-located my office to Clifton Park. I now practice independently in an office on Plank Road, and continue to work collaboratively with many different health care providers.
