Dr. Sullivan first experienced the healing power chiropractic after a head on collision with a car while on his bike at the age of 14. His mother brought him to her chiropractor the next day and found out he partially fractured his spine. After a few adjustments he was able to walk again! As he continued his care, he learned that people were benefiting from various conditions including; allergies, asthma, diabetes, indigestion, ear infections, migraines and many more! It was then that Dr. Douglas Sullivan decided to become a Chiropractic Doctor.

Dr. Sullivan is married to his lovely wife Shauna and has 3 beautiful children. He enjoys spending time with his family, staying active in his church and helping out the community in any way he can. He is also an active participant with a local 'birth team' group to help educate moms on various birthing options for a safe & healthy pregnancy and birth.Dr. Sullivan moved into the area in 2000 and began practicing with his brother. After several years he ventured out on his own with a vision to create a place where families could improve their health and wellness naturally without having to resort to drugs or surgery. He established BC Family Chiropractic in 2004, received his advanced degree in pregnancies and pediatrics in 2005 and has been serving the community ever since.
