About

Dr. Danny Porcelli broke his back in the summer of 2006 as he slid down a water slide. He has since dedicated himself to educating and inspiring people to learn more their body and its great potential to perform, adapt, and heal.  He attended Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas Texas where he obtained a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine and a B.S. in Health and Wellness.  Prior to attending Parker he received a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, Orlando.  Dr. Porcelli was selected to be a treating physician at the 2010 Central American Games in Bogota Colombia and treated the speed skaters and Para-Olympic Triathletes.  He was also selected for the 2013 & 2014 CrossFit Games and CrossFit South East Regionals. He has coordinated the Athlete Services for CrossFit events such as Wodapalooza, Thunderdome, and Box Battles. Dr. Danny is the primary chiropractic physician and owner of XOC Chiropractic in Naples, FL as well as a master instructor for RockTapeXOC Chiropractic was created with the purpose of helping the community MOVE and THRIVE! We focus on how people move and we use a combination of movement assessments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue treatments, exercises and RockTape Kinesiology tape to get fast long lasting results with our patients. We want you back doing what you love!

Danny diagnosed and treated the pain I had been having for three years post knee replacement surgery. I had a lot of scar tissue he helped break up and clear which ended my three years of soreness. My opposite leg was painful due to one side of my knee being bone on bone as per an MRI. He worked on that knee and got rid of the pain. If I over due it and the soreness comes back, I go see Danny. He always gets me straight after a few visits. I am a 64 year old woman who has led a very athletic life as a competitive runner and a lifelong skier at the expert level. I am so glad I met Danny and have recommended him to several friends. He is my go to first whenever I have any pain issues as he is extremely knowledgeable and knows his stuff!.

Dr. Danny is the most knowledgeable Chiropractor in town. He has been helping me on and off (from being an athlete to pregnancy) over the last decade. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Danny’s for many years, and have always been impressed by his ability to explain chiropractic and soft tissue care in ways that are easily understood. And having been treated by other chiropractors previously, I know that his attention to soft tissue care makes a huge difference in how well I respond to treatment. He explains to me exercises I should be doing, or how to adapt them when needed if I have an injury. I find him to be a gifted chiropractor who takes terrific care of his patients.
