Dr. K at Wellness One has been incredible. I used to suffer from migraines at least once a month, and over-the-counter medications never worked. After discussing it with my doctor, I learned the migraines were likely caused by severe stress and a nerve issue in my neck. Since beginning weekly neck traction and spinal adjustments with Dr. K, my migraines have dramatically improved, and it has been months since I’ve had one. I have been seeing Dr. K since 2017, and he has helped me with back pain, knee pain, and ankle issues from a previous injury. He truly cares about his patients, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. K and the entire team at Wellness One. They are truly the best in Lincoln!

I enjoy going to my appointments, because the office is so welcoming. The atmosphere Is pleasant and calm and everyone is always friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The treatments, supplements, and exercises prescribed for me are helping to lessen my knee joint pain. Thank you Dr. K and staff!

This is my happy place! ☺️ Dr K and the ladies are truly amazing. They make you really feel like family. I never thought I would run again. I was running within 1 month. My knee treatments are amazing. I have a very physical job so they also work on my back and neck. They are very knowledgeable in every aspect. They also helped me get started with my finances and getting everything worked out in the beginning. The thing I really respect is they don't try to get you to buy anything. They don't send you to 5 other specialists to try to figure out every little thing you think is wrong that costs people a fortune.They truly care about their patients and it shows from the second you walk in the door. I will continue on my journey of my healthy lifestyle w/ the assistance of this wonderful place. I'm truly grateful for all of you. The atmosphere is so peaceful as well.
