Dr. Wagoner has put his roots down in the small town of Wake Forest after finishing school in Indiana and South Carolina and continues to have a passion for helping people heal. The combination of his warm, professional manner and analytical thought process allow him to clearly explain his patient's condition and treatment. If he believes he can help you, he will tell you. If he believes he can not help you, he will send you to someone who will.Dr. Phelan originally practiced in Los Angeles, where he ran a private practice and taught interns. After relocating to North Carolina, he founded Wake Forest Chiropractic in 2000 and has been practicing here ever since. Dr. Phelan began working with Dr. Wagoner in 2016 on turning WFC into a multi-generational practice that would keep the same ideals and uphold the same level of expert care and professionalism. Dr. Wagoner is now seeing all patients for musculoskeletal, functional, and wellness care in the practice.
