I have been seeing Dr. Tina for about 6 months and have had impressive improvement in my neck and back pain. She did x-rays first and I realized that I have arthritis throughout my spine. I now know why I have pain and have relief after so many years in pain. Not only has she helped my back pain, but she has also helped my foot. I have arthritis in my big toe and after only 3 adjustments I have significantly less swelling and pain and can hike as much as I can. Dr. Tina is awesome; she explains your condition in a way you can understand and includes you in all the treatment by discussing your issues, progress and current state. I tell everyone about her and hope they will visit and feel better.

Dr. Tina has been my chiropractor for Ten years now and I wouldn't want anyone else. She's the best of the best! She listens to my needs and always makes sure if I have an emergency I'm seen immediately to relieve the pain. She's absolutely the best chiropractor in Durango!

I have been a patient at Vertical Chiropractic for 6 years now! Dr Tina has worked on my chronic neck issues for years and I very rarely have a migraine headache anymore. I used to have 2 a week. She has helped me to have a better body balance by addressing the issues that are standing out to her as she investigates my spine every week. And then we decide together where to work. I appreciate being a part of the process and the solution, and the time spent with me by Dr Tina. More than anything, I feel safe in her hands with her breadth of knowledge and experience. On top of that, she is a genuinely nice person and I look forward to every visit. My best investment ever!!
