After dealing with debilitating back pain for weeks, I first tried a chiropractor near my house but saw no real improvement. Then I went to Dr. Gaynier, and I was immediately impressed by how thorough he is — he really takes the time to understand the problem and create the right plan. It didn’t take long before I started to feel relief, and after just two weeks I’m feeling SO much better.

If you want the BEST, go see Dr. Jeremy!! He is skilled at his craft and is very talented. I've been told by other practictioners that I was "hard" to adjust. But I'm not, they were just not good chiropractors. Dr. Jeremy is confident, experienced, and specific to what my body needs and where it is out of alignment. Every treatment is a little different, he takes the time to address and focus on my current issues. He always helps me feel better!

Dr. Jeremy has been nothing but wonderful! He helped me with my assessment, stretching, and adjustments, and I really appreciate how thorough and thoughtful he is during each visit. I love that I have “homework” to do through the Physio app, it keeps me accountable with the prescribed exercises and stretches to help loosen my hips and keep them more flexible throughout the day.
I feel stronger, more aligned, and more aware of my body. I’m looking forward to making my visits a more regular part of my routine so I can keep feeling good and continue to improve. Highly recommend Upgrade Chiropractic if you’re looking for personalized care and real results!
