Train Your Pain and Dr. Chad are exceptional!
The combination of chiropractic care and sports medicine truly optimizes healing. Dr. Chad took my back pain seriously from the very first appointment. He took his time, listened carefully, and did everything necessary to get me standing up straight again. I was impressed by the range of treatment modes he uses to address injuries, and the few exercises he prescribed were perfectly targeted and made an immediate difference.
If you’re looking for thoughtful, effective, and comprehensive care, I highly recommend Train Your Pain and Dr. Chad!

If I could give 10 stars I would. First off Dr. Chad was so informative about the injury I was dealing with, I went through 4 ultra sounds and a ct scan all telling me nothing was wrong when clearly something was. After about a month of going to TYP I started feeling better doing the exercises he gave to me and visiting the office once a week. I now feel back to 100% after dealing with an injury for over 6 months and no answers. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and has your best interest but also is so informative, I highly recommend coming here. Thanks again Dr. Chad!

I have arthritis and scoliosis in my lower back.
Dr. Chad Wolsey has helped me relieve my pain and enabled me to play pickleball with PT and treatments. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He listens and he cares! As a bonus He is affordable, I appreciated his package price.

I have a bum knee and had been walking in a swinging shuffle, and my knee would give out unexpectedly. Dr. Chad Wolsey first stretched out and relaxed my muscles using the roller table, then he manipulated the knee and then applied laser therapy. Afterwards, I could walk straight with no more swinging shuffle. It was wonderful. He also adjusted my neck which greatly increased my range of motion. I drive a long ways to see Dr. Chad and he is more than worth it. I highly recommend.

Great location and great chiropractor . Have been seeing Dr Wolsey off and on for several years. He’s by far the best one I’ve seen. Very helpful and responsive! He definitely takes the time with you, which is hard to find!
