About
Dr. Lauren Mallari-Snyder and Dr. Aaron Snyder started dating in PT school in 2010, got married in 2017 and opened up THRIVE in 2018. They live in San Diego with their 2 dogs, Gus the Frenchie and Muff the Fluffiest dog in the land. Outside of work you can find Lauren dancing whatever style she's in the mood for, find Aaron surfing or talking about cars or find the both of them cruising around in the THRIVE adventure van!THRIVE was created to show people a different style of treatment, to enhance function as opposed to just treating symptoms. And since you're here reading this, I'm going to guess that you're one of the wise people who get this style! Dr. Lauren and Dr. Rowena are pelvic health specialists so work primarily with people who are pregnant, postpartum or have pelvic floor issues. Dr. Rowena is also a manual lymphatic drainage specialist! Dr. Aaron works with all humans who like to move! Such as runners, high school athletes, postoperative patients, golfers and all movers in between. We've been granted this one, beautiful, body to work with and its our intention to help you thrive within it.
