The two stars is for her having completed the training required to be a professional - and that’s it. Maybe she was good once upon a time, maybe she’s good to the patients she already knows, maybe she means well, but I wish I’d have read the last review, listened to my gut on our initial phone call, and saved the trouble of even going to her. Also, the office is not in Manhattan beach anymore but out of her home 28 minutes south. I have a lot more to say, and feel like I kind of earned it for paying her for nothing, but I’m not one to complain much so I’ll restrain myself and simply say I would not recommend.

I was rear ended from behind in a car accident that totaled my vehicle. I chose Dr. Tarcha because she offers manual adjustments and electric stimulators. Shared within her office space is also massage therapy. I had three months of near weekly treatments of adjustments, electric stimulators and also traction table (which helped loosen and stretch my lower back) and I have full range of motion again with my physically demanding job and also when running, lifting weights and other exercises. During treatment I would try an exercise in the gym and would have to stop and would have muscle stiffness for days after, so at this point, it really is apparent that her treatment has helped me recover. She also is flexible with scheduling.

Dr. Tarcha is gentle and precise. I am so relaxed when I leave, I've said, "Dr. an appointment with you is better than a glass of wine."

Dr. Tarcha is fantastic chiropractor. After a bad car accident, she helped heal my neck. Through her therapy and stretching I no longer am in pain! She even got me a special pillow which is amazing, and it helps support my neck while I sleep. She is prompt, gentle, and knows her stuff. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Tarcha for years and she is amazing! I suffer from migraines and with routine adjustments by Dr. Tarcha my migraines decreased significantly. I would recommend starting with her before any other option. I was able to stay away from medication and use a more holistic approach to treating my migraines. One of the best qualities about Dr. Tarcha is her professionalism and enthusiasm about what she does. It is so rewarding to see such passion from a doctor who has been practicing for years. I highly recommend Dr. Tarcha, you will not be disappointed!
