About
Dr. Ellen combines her love of fitness and sport with her passion of helping others heal in a holistic manner. She utilizes soft tissue techniques and corrective exercise in addition to spinal and extremity adjustments.Dr. Ellen created The Chiro Lab with the vision of having a place for her patients to discuss all aspects of health, not just the pain they are in. Diet, exercise, stress, and habits all contribute to health and all are important when treating the body as a whole. Dr. Ellen performs a detailed initial exam of up to 90 minutes to gather information about the patient's life in addition to any dysfunctions that are currently causing pain. She uses chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work and corrective exercise to give her patients a well rounded treatment that yields the best results.
