Dr. Richard Alexander founded Spine Miami with the vision of improving the quality of life of his patients through the "art of the specific adjustment". He focuses on creating a treatment plan that is individual and tailored to the different needs of his patients.Before pursuing Chiropractic, Dr. Alexander was a state champion wrestler at Miami Palmetto High School and played Rugby at UCF in Orlando. As an athlete, he knows first hand what it takes to recover from serious injuries. Dr. Alexander graduated in 2011 from Life University, in Marietta GA. As a Chiropractic physician, Dr. Alexander has successfully incorporated Chiropractic techniques with modern technology, advanced imaging and physical therapy. He co-manages treatment with medical doctors, orthopedic specialists and spine surgeons to ensure that his patients receive the best possible outcome. In his spare time, Dr. Alexander enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and children.

Today, May 23, 2025, marks exactly one year since I had spine surgery performed by the exceptional Dr. Jonathan Hyde. There hasn't been a single day since then that I haven't felt grateful for the life-changing care I received. From the moment I woke up after the surgery, the pain I had lived with for so long was completely gone. I followed my recovery instructions closely, and the very day Dr. Hyde told me I could resume my normal life, I went out and played soccer. Since then, I’ve been playing two to three times a week and, more importantly, I can fully enjoy life with my three children again. Dr. Hyde, there are no words to express how thankful I am to you and your incredible team. I’ve already recommended you twice, and the people I referred have personally called to thank me after their own experiences. All I can say is: Thank you, Dr. Hyde. Dr Hyde has performed surgery on both my husband and I - a very complicated surgery on my husband, with great success and more recently a surgery on me for a herniated disc. Dr Hyde is fantastic - there is a reason he's been rated one of the best surgeons in the country! I would highly recommend him and his team!
