Serving the Exeter area of Reading, PA for a decade, Dr. Borja strives to empower his patients, family, friends and Staff to "To live a healthier, happier life." He graduated in 1994 from West Chester University, where re received his Doctorate degree in Psychology. Then he continued his education at Life University, located in Georgia, where he received his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic in 1999. Dr. Borja is a member of both the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association and the American Academy of Pain Management. Also, he is certified Nutritionist through the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association and Representative of the Scoliosis Foundation. Standing apart from other medical professionals, Dr. Borja truly takes the time to care for every one of his patients; he listens to his patients' concerns, in regard to both their physical health as well as their mental and emotional well-being. He teaches his staff and patients ways to live thier lives to the fullest.Dr. Patrick has been in business for 10 years. He started out with Mt. Penn Chiropractic, then in 2006 he expanded the business and ReOpened as The Spine and Wellness Center.
