She helped me find the perfect combination and dosage of meds through a bit of trial and error, and even recommended non pharmaceutical options to improve my overall physical health. This was my first visit with Jessica and I‘ve already scheduled my next! She is very informative, and listens to your issues/needs with care and consideration. If you're considering a Doctor with Grow Therapy and are new to this (as I was) then I highly recommend that you book with Jessica and don‘t even think twice about it. She is professional, timely, and compassionate, therefore I have zero doubt that I will remain a patient of hers for as long as it is a possibility. You can come back and thank me after your own appointment! Haha.

Such an amazing service! I recently switched over to Mindful Over Matter and my only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner. I see Jessica Kofman and she is part of what has made this experience so wonderful. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Jessica provides helpful explanations and is an effective communicator. The appointments are so easy to book and I had no issues with my insurance.
