I am a Doctor of Chiropractic specializing in modern manual therapies and lifestyle-specific rehabilitation. My practice is focused on an evidenced-informed, patient-centered approach. I received my chiropractic education at Life Chiropractic College West with triple clinical honors. Before pursuing my Doctorate in Chiropractic in the Bay Area, I studied Kinesiology at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California. Being a San Diego native, I am ever so happy to serve the Greater San Diego Area, both through my practice and through coaching youth rugby.
