I found STC after my long-term chiropractor retired, and the replacements at their office just weren’t the right fit. I was looking for a new doctor who truly knew what they were doing and was also conveniently located. I’ve been seeing Dr. Nance for a few years now, and they are always able to fit me in—even when I need a last-minute appointment. I plan to stay here for adjustments until he retires as well (hopefully not anytime soon!).

Dr. Nance and his staff are top notch. I have been a patient here for 3 years and I always walk out feeling better than when I came in. Was recommended to San Tan chiropractic from a friend who went to another chiropractor with me. When that chiropractor moved she found Dr. Nance and told me about how great he was. He definitely helped improve the mobility and pain in my right shoulder. I continue to get adjustments every month to stay on top of my alignment and always leave feeling great!

Long time patient/customer. What an amazing business. Everyone is super professional and nice, Dr. Nance is the best! He truly cares about your well being and not just in the sense of adjustments. He is always super engaging about what’s going on in your life and very intuitive with your needs with adjustments or supplements you might be needing. If you’re looking for a chiropractor you can trust, that will make you a life long patient than this is the place for you!
