After a career-ending injury in college, Dr. Sofia discovered her passion for physical therapy. During her rehabilitation, she experienced firsthand the significant impact a healthcare professional can have on recovery. This inspired her to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University, where she gained valuable experience through internships in Sports Medicine, Chronic Pain/Outpatient Rehabilitation, and Inpatient Rehabilitation. Dr. Sofia believes that movement is essential to the healing process. Since 2019, she has helped over 300 individuals become pain-free and return to the activities they love. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a certified postpartum and pregnancy corrective exercise specialist (PCES), she is committed to empowering her clients.
