We originally started in our home just for the neighbors in our neighborhood but it got so busy we decided to open up a location. We eventually grew so fast we had to get bigger space so we moved to our current location and rebranded from The $25 Chiropractor to Queen Creek Medical since we do a lot of medical services like regenerative medicine, pain injections, and medical weight loss.

I had a great visit with Matt today at the Queen Creek Health Center. It was easy to make an appointment, the visit was amazing because he answered all my questions above and beyond what I expected. Then I got my lab drawn in the office on the way out. It’s all so convenient.

I never write reviews but it’s necessary this time. I once would’ve rated this office 5 stars but now it’s worth barely 2 due to the lack of communication. On 3 separate occasions, I spent 20 minutes on hold, hung up on, or sent to voicemail when I simply tried to reach the front office. I haven’t been able to contact them and none of my voicemails have been addressed. Same thing has happened to the rest of my family; along with them not sending over documents that we needed to receive medications. So unfortunate :(

I've been going to QC Health Center for almost a year and absolutely love them! Nicole and her team/front office (Cody, Maria, Kari...just to name a few!) are amazing! Their personal care is exceptional...no matter your needs/services...wellness, aesthetics, etc.), and my husband has become a regular, too! 👍🫶

I have had nothing but good experiences here. I love that appointment availability is accessible, the providers are helpful, the staff is very nice and the atmosphere is comfortable. Summer Richardson is knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about Queen Creek Health Center! The staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel comfortable and cared for. The facility is clean, well-organized, and welcoming.
The providers take their time to listen and explain everything clearly, never making me feel rushed.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and a place that truly puts patients first!
