Incredibly rude customer service from the manager. She shouted over me as I was trying to explain my KP coverage. She refused to check the electronic payer id as "I do not have that open right now". She also refused to take any of the KP information I was provided to give her, while also refusing to give them a call. Unbelievable behavior from a manager. If you have KP stay far away from this place. There is a reason they are not BBB Accredited

The chiropractors here are great. No pressure to return or setup a schedule of 10 - 20 visits. They cracked a part of my back that very few have been able to get. Then told me to call for an appointment if it starts bothering me again.

Excellent chiropractor. Having back issues fue to military injuries this place is a must go always. I enjoyed the staff very friendly and pleasant, professional and courteous. I enjoy every visit and look forward to many more. Thank you Doc.

Called to make a first time appointment with a very rude lady.
She begins to get my information to make an appointment and asks for my address, this is where things go south.
I responded saying "i prefer not to give out my address" (i get enough mail, it's just not needed), she responded saying she can't make an appointment without an address, I replied ok it just don't be mine.
Rudely she said "well you'll need to find someone else" and hangs up on me!
Since when did withholding an address disqualify me for treatment that I am paying for?
Simply crazy.
