If you have VESTIBULAR issues, do not hesitate to see Dr. Dave!
I told my vestibular physical therapist that I have been treating here & she was emfatic that I continue care with PUCC & the proper treatment, diet, etc. She started ng about the Vagus nerve & its impact on the vestibular system. When i told her Dr. DAVE already explained this to me, well, Boom, put another star on the review!
I could go on & on... lets just say Dr. Dave saved my life!

I highly recommend Pittsburgh Upper Cervical Chiropractic. Dr. Dave is very patient and very knowledgeable. He has helped me understand how the body works and gives helpful tips to improve overall functions of the body. I have suffered from Vestibular Migraine and secondary Hydrops for many years along with severe body weakness that continued to get worse over time which led me to Upper Cervical care. This type of care has been a true blessing! I can now live life again and I am so grateful!

I discovered upper cervical care while living in the UK. I found it to be one of the best methods for maintaining physical health and wellness.
When I moved to Pittsburgh I was delighted to find CPUA offering the same care in my area. I work in an environment that requires me to sit in front of a computer many hours a day. With my regularly scheduled visits to CPUA, I am rested, headache-free and balanced (i.e. no vertigo).
I highly recommend you visit CPUA if you have aches and soreness, fatigue and restless sleep, as these can be related to poor structural alignment. Dr. Dave will explain the procedure, evaluate your stress factors/alignment status and answer any questions you have!

Dr. Dave is the man. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and explains everything thoroughly. The office atmosphere is comforting as soon as you walk in and relaxing when you rest. I’ve had chiropractic care in the past but did not receive immediate or lasting results. I felt significant improvement from my first adjustment without any pain or audible cracking. I started holding my adjustment for 4-6 weeks within a couple of appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Dave to any and everybody. It’s an amazing technique.

Amazing experience! Would recommend Dr. Dave 10/10 times! Online booking was very easy and user-friendly. From my first appointment, he made me feel welcomed and thoroughly explained everything that he was doing so I understood he answered all of my questions, and even helped me understand what may or may not happen after my first visit. Upon my second visit, Dr. Dave helped construct a care plan to keep me on the right track. Extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable!
I went to Dr. Dave needing help with a sudden onset of vestibular issues. After just my first visit my symptoms improved. I am confident that with my care plan I will continue to see improvement!
