As the owner, Dr. Casseday prides himself and his practice on providing the best possible evidence-based practice for his patients.Physical Therapy of the Rockies was born in the heart of Matt Casseday, our founder, PT and CEO. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, he knew if he had his own practice, he could better deliver excellent patient results while simultaneously creating a culture where PT's enjoyed working on a daily basis. After nine years of practicing in Denver, Matt was ready to start his own PT clinic. As a born and raised Coloradoan, he wanted to give more to his local community. In 2015, Physical Therapy of the Rockies opened its doors in Littleton, Colorado. The practice grew swiftly, and expanded to a second location in Englewood, Colorado the following year. Now Dr. Casseday is able to carry out his vision for an ideal physical therapy practice where his team delivers excellent PT, utilizing the most current and effective treatments to get the best results for their patients.

Physical therapy of the Rockies is fantastic! I had an excellent experience with all of the staff. Katie was exceptional though, she was so understanding and encouraging. She listened to me when no other doctor would. I truly appreciate how much she cares for her patients. Would highly recommend coming here!

Despite having sustained numerous sports injuries over the past 30+ years, I’d never had positive experiences with physical therapy — save one — up until coming to Physical Therapy of the Rockies to see Dr. Amanda Dunn following a less common foot surgery with a recovery that was hampered by multiple healing setbacks before starting physical therapy. I arrived with little to no range of motion, and a jaded outlook as my attempts at avoiding surgery at a different PT clinic had epically failed and left me worse off. When I called to make my first appointment, I relayed my concerns — and unlike the other clinics I called, I wasn’t dismissed, but rather scheduled with the clinic director with more extensive experience and advanced certifications. To say that I’ve been pleased with the progress made entirely possible due to the hands-on treatment, customized therapy sessions, communication about at-home exercises, pain management and an understanding of the non-linear progression that is postoperative healing, is an understatement. Any hands-on doctor/patient care requires a healthy dose of trust; trust that is earned. Dr. Dunn and Physical Therapy of the Rockies have earned my trust. I don’t plan on going anywhere else for my physical therapy care going forward.

The entire team at Rocky Mountain physical therapy is top-tier. They want to find solutions not make excuses. They make you feel comfortable and they will do what you ask if something is working for you. At the end of the day, there’s no better physical therapy place I’ve been to. Not only being healed but I also enjoy the presence of the therapist. They’re incredible. I’ll recommend them to any and everyone I wanna work there one day. Incredible. Katie and the rest of the team are 10 and above.
