Tamara once suffered in the unrelenting vice-grips of daily pain, discomfort, and disease. She tried everything from pain meds to acupuncture, aromatherapy, and herbs, homeopathy, chiropractors, reiki, craniosacral, yoga, and meditation. They all provided temporary relief and lead her closer to living a decent life. But, it wasn't until she discovered myofascial release that she finally understood what freedom from pain really felt like.

Tamara & Marile provide the NorthShore with personalized bodywork sessions combining powerful modalities including John F. Barnes approach to myofascial release, zen shiatsu, thai yoga massage, reiki and access consciousness.
