Optimal Physical Therapy was by far the best place I could have gone to for my treatment. I suffer from functional Scoliosis, and the staff was extremely supportive of building not just strength for my back, but for my whole body. After starting my treatment here, I noticeably started having less pain to the point where I hardly have any pain at all with my condition. Not only that, but I could noticeably see myself looking better, both through my physique and posture. My entire quality of life has improved due to the incredible work that the Optimal Performance staff provided me throughout my time there and truly acted as the best support system I could’ve had in my journey. I’ve been to many physical therapy clinics, and this one is truly special. Everyone here, from the receptionist to each therapist, is both kind and skilled. The therapists I’ve worked with, like Emily, and Paul, have been amazing. If you’re looking for professionals who really care and know what they’re doing, this is the place. This review is honest, it took me a while to find a clinic like this, and I highly recommend it.

In the past 8 months I’ve had 2 total knee replacements at age 70! Any movement was extremely difficult and sometimes painful during this healing process. I was introduced to OPPT on BB Downs in Tampa for physical therapy 2x/wk. PT was intense and I was blessed to have a Physical Therapist, Emily that constantly encouraged me during my healing process. Emily is extremely knowledgeable and informative and I was able to share my humor to get me through the tough times. The entire staff is warm, friendly and so caring, and now my PT family.
