Left after 5 mins. Patients were walking around with plastic drink cups instead of sanitary urine containers with lids. People were in a tiny waiting room cramped like sardines. One staff member was walking around saying a patient was "oriental" and yelling and complaining from the second I walked in. They are taking in way too many appointments and services for a quick buck.

This place is is an amazing place to go for DOT. The quickest place to get DOT medical card. Owner keeps saying he going to retire, but he said that two years ago. Super nice man. Staff if friendly. Building is an older building. But not much is needed to get the job done. Loved that there were vintage radios in the rooms. Drug testing was quick and easy. Oh, did I mention it was only $60. Done withing and hour. Also it sad walk in. No appointment needed. And, just know that the parking in the front is limited. But there is additional parking in the back. They do take card and cash.

UNCOVERED PEE CUPS ON TOP OF MICROWAVE! Went there for I-9 ID verification for a new job as this location was the closest one listed. The whole experience was a complete NIGHTMARE. Firstly, there was only 3 staff members in the entire clinic, this included the rude/passive aggressive physician that seemly owns this deplorable place. Beyond their main practice, they offer physicals, i-9 verification, drug test etc., so the place was completely packed with patients.The staff were running around like chickens with their heads off. Absolutely no organization. The place also looked as if hadn’t been cleaned in years. The cherry on top: so for the drug tests, I noticed the physician was just handling people plain plastic cups and writing their names on them (awful i know), not a glove worn at all either. Then I peeped from the lobby that there cups filled with urine on top of a microwave in what appears to be the break room!!! I asked someone who had just come from a physical if i seeing this correctly and she confirmed that the back actually had filled pee cups everywhere back there. By the way, the trip from hell for a simple id verification took almost 2 hours! This place should be out of business, it’s beyond disgusting!!

If you are looking for a place you can walk in to get a DOT physical done at a great and fair price, this is your spot. They are fast and affordable, and you will get your medical card and all paperwork. I was in and out in about an hour, keep in mind I walked in and had to fill everything out. Great spot, I would recommend.

Small, older building with outstanding service! My first experience there a couple of months ago was amazing. I walked in with pain & fear & walked out feeling much better, relaxed, & like an actual person, not a number or dollar sign. Took my younger son there for inexpensive, quick, school physicals in the past & sent my older son there for back issues. They also offer very reasonable prices for people without health Insurance! Dr. Llones & his staff are down to earth people with skills!
