62 year old wanna-be weekender athlete here.....sore neck, sore feet, and always in search of relief. Found Dr. Josh through a friend and so glad to have been a patient over the last few months. Been through a ton of healers all over St. Pete in a wide variety of forms and am happy to report that Dr. Josh is a terrific resource for long term repair and enhanced function. Dr. Josh is a walking, talking proponent of Body, Mind, and Soul. Each visit builds on gathered data and Dr. Josh is adept at applying his working knowledge to specific situations. 5 Stars — Dr. Josh Silver is truly one of a kind I don't say this lightly - I am a that parent. The one who has taken her children to specialists across the country, spent a small fortune searching for answers to help them holistically- and research pretty much everything before trying anything new. So when I say Dr. Silver has been nothing short of miraculous for my family, please know that comes from someone very hard to impress. Dr. Silver practices P-DTR therapy and is one of the very few practitioners in the country who specializes in it. Watching him work is honestly like watching magic — it's kind of crazy, but I have seen results within minutes that I couldn't achieve after months of treatment elsewhere. So far he has helped three members of my family. He resolved my sleep issues that I've had for over ten years, and was the first chiropractor to truly help me after a very bad fracture. For my son, he solved a persistent issue that five other doctors couldn't crack over the span of years — at one specialist I spent $7,500 for aw week with no results- BUT, Dr. Silver fixed it within a few sessions. (Anybody that is interested in primitive reflex work- please start with him because he will save you a so much money, time, and energy.) What also makes him unique is the sheer breadth of his approach - chiropractic + upper cervical work, PDTR, acupuncture, functional medicine, Chinese medicine, energy healing, Homeopathy- like, I'd never been to a Dr. that uses crystals for healing but hey here we are. He's basically created his own integrated philosophy of healing - and it works. He also stays current on the latest technologies to accelerate results, which I believe is a huge part of why his outcomes are so fast and lasting. On top of all of that, he takes the time to explain everything so you truly understand what's happening - I have never feel like information is being withheld or talked over my head like I do at most Doctor's offices. Incredibly happy that I was recommended to him- he's truly exceptional. Also a warm shoutout to Joey at the front desk, who is always kind, welcoming, and a wonderful part of the experience.

Dr. Silver is an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate doctor, and St. Petersburg is truly fortunate to have him in our community. After ten years of seeking help for my husband, who has Ménière’s disease with symptoms including severe vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss, and migraine headaches, finding Dr. Silver was a game changer. We saw results immediately. The device Dr. Silver designed and built to deliver such precise adjustments is the reason for those rapid improvements. After just one adjustment, my husband’s symptoms dramatically improved. It was honestly amazing to witness such a significant improvement in his quality of life after a single visit. Dr. Silvers is truly exceptional. I experienced some pretty serious postpartum challenges, and he helped me in ways no other doctor or therapist had been able to. I left every appointment genuinely amazed. It often felt like I was witnessing magic! I also appreciated how light-hearted and comfortable each session felt, as well as his welcoming office and wonderful staff. Dr. Silver changed my life! I developed chronic headaches almost a year ago and I had tried almost everything, including seeing four different specialists, and never found a solution. After learning about C1 Atlas adjustments, I did some research and decided to see Dr. Silver at Neuroplasticity. After our first appointment, it was clear that he was very thorough, listens to his patients, and is truly gifted in what he does. Following my first adjustment, I found significant relief in my headaches, neck, and shoulder tension. Through continued appointments, my headaches have not only become very minimal, but he’s helped me with many other issues by discovering their root cause. I was able to enjoy my wedding and my honeymoon, and for that I will forever be grateful. I’ve joked that he’s a wizard because it truly seems like magic when he practices functional neurology!
