MoveWell Physical Therapy was formerly named Optimum Physical Therapy (established in 2009). We re-branded the business in 2018 to reflect our specialization in movement science; that is, teaching and training you to move well. Whether for sports or every day life activities, we're striving to optimize the movement patterns that are already hard-wired in your brain with the goal of decreasing pain and injury, improving performance and efficiency so you can do the things you love to do.
