About

I started this business to help my clients heal pain in their bodies. I have learned though experience that emotional pain and physical pain are linked. I love being able to treat the whole person. I work on the body through massage techniques suited to the issue and I work with my clients on stress management through meditation training, tapping into their own intuition and energy healing to help let go of past trauma and hurts. I also love teaching women about their bodies and how to care for themselves on a deeper level.Before starting my own business I worked for a chiropractor and a physical therapist. I started my business doing mainly therapeutic massage and soon added Maya Abdominal Massage. I love working on helping my clients with reproductive and digestive issues. I have added energy healing to help my clients with mind, body and spirit alignment, which facilitates healing.
