Dr Laura has given great relief to my chronic daily neck pain, I love her Spirit and it shines Gods love!
Dr Tom is figuring out where my chronic back pain of 28 years is coming from and the WHYS, not just addressing the symptoms or “writing” it off; he is Brilliant in my opinion and also has a beautiful Spiritual soul!!

Dr. Laura made the last few months of my pregnancy a breeze! I was in so much pain and uncomfortable all the time. But with her healing hands I was able to make it through. The office itself is a very welcoming and homey atmosphere. The sweetest ladies work up front and were always smiling! They made sure to acknowledge my two children who came with me to my appointments and really get to know them. I will recommend anyone to Mills River Chiro.

Dr. Laura Gross has helped me immensely throughout my pregnancy. I am so fortunate to have been under her care during my third pregnancy. I am ready to give birth any day now and I feel supported and empowered by her. She has a loving motherly energy that really has helped me on my journey and I definitely haven't felt that energy from my OB. She has helped me with pain in my sacrum and aches and pains from the whole experience of being pregnant as well as feeling supported and ready for birth. She is an Angel!

Great initial experience. Everyone in the office is superlative! Dr. Laura is phenomenal! She takes her time, is very knowledgeable on a number of health subjects. She is hyper-attentive to your needs and asks loads of questions to insure she's giving you the best of care at any given moment. After the first visit (which I presumed would be painful given my personal situation) I felt INSTANTLY better! Thank you so much Mills River Family Chiropractic! I will be a patient for life!

I had the most pleasant experience at Mills River Family Chiropractic! Very friendly, inviting atmosphere. Dr. Laura was kind and explained everything as she was going along. She loves working with kids and was very gentle on my 34 week pregnant back. She assured that the adjustments would prepare my body for baby to exit in the best position possible. I would highly reccomend for anyone seeking compassionate care, especially if you are expecting!
