My husband saw this doctor 3 times and the communication was great. But then it changed after my husband told him he'd like to discuss with me at home the almost $10k treatment plan that we'd be in a contract for an entire year. He told us that he would prove us with superbills since he doesn't not take insurance. After asking for those and the receipt of the payment we paid in cash to him for those other visits his communication completely changed. Told us he'd provide us with those in 3 days and never did. Had to follow up with him multiple times for him to tell us 5 days later that "paperwork is not my forte". It's really sad that the communication went so bad after we didn't want to sign the year long contract and did not sit right with us at all.

Dr. Arnone is the GREATEST! Why... Because he actually cares about his patients. He actively listens to how you feel and while in the adjustment he wants feedback. Dr. Arnone works with each bodies individual needs vs the general cookie cutter approach. My son says Dr. Arnone is his hero. He finally has hope because of Dr. Arnone's specialized adjustments. He is showing improvement after every visit. We love Dr. Arnone and you will too.

A little long, but if you have ANY issues, not just in your back, please read. I was originally referred to Dr. Arnone through a friend for our middle son. He had an accident and had several strokes after, he developed scoliosis which progressed quickly. His dr.’s want to do a full spinal fusion which would be detrimental to his recovery but he would sit up straight. After one visit our son was sitting up straighter after the second visit his p/t and o/t couldn’t believe the difference and how much better he looked. This will be a long journey but one we are glad we are on with Dr. Arnone. His attention to the individual not just the diagnosis is amazing. Now, my youngest son and I are patients as well. I have had lifelong medical issues that I have just learned to live with. Dr. Arnone went over my entire health history, really listening to everything. The upper cervical spine is responsible for so many things, I had no idea. I have noticed a difference since my first appointment and continue to feel better after each one. I had forgotten what it felt like to not be constantly uncomfortable and in pain. Whatever is troubling you, I urge you to reach out to Dr. Arnone his work is truly life changing.

Dr. Arnone is a very caring, gentle, attentive and kind doctor. He really takes his time with his patients and not once have we felt rushed. His care has greatly helped myself and my two daughters. It has been different from the normal chiropractic type care but we have found it to be more beneficial. The only reason for one dropped star is because appointments rarely start on time, but I suppose that goes hand and hand with patients not being rushed. I recommend Dr. Arnone.

He takes great care to understand the root causes of our issues using various methods, such as x-rays films, thermal scans, and basic posture observations. He then performs very precise adjustments that alleviate our symptoms and also improve our overall alignment.
