Don’t do it! Snake in the grass. I attempted to redeem a gift certificate for services that were no longer available. I was only refunded half because the other portion was being held hostage by the owner. She refused to refund me after I told her I no longer wanted to use her services because she 1. Never got back to me and 2. No longer had a studio and wanted me to meet her somewhere random to redeem this certificate and gave a sob story to help justify their predicament (not my problem, I’m a paying customer). All while never calling back. I asked, begged, began to yell asking for the refund and was ignored and never got my $ back. This was a gift from my wife and pretty much this is $100 down the drain. Absolutely trash experience and the owner, Tiffany, pretty much waited for us to stop bothering her so that she could run off with our money. I’d give them a 0 star but that’s obviously not an option.

So wonderful. My wife and I had Chelsea who gave us our first massages ever. Still talking about how kind she was and how good we feel. Definitely will turn into a regular way to take care of ourselves! Also, the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing.

First time at Metta and had a great massage with Hannah. She was personable and knowledgeable and took the time to figure out what techniques my muscles needed and how they were reacting. My shoulders, neck and back feel so much better! Atmosphere was relaxing overall and staff is friendly and welcoming.

Mettā is amazing! The owners Tiff and John are very kind and welcoming people. The atmosphere is UNMATCHED in this facility. You won’t find anything else like this in Syracuse or surrounding areas. The float pods are amazing and they give you concise instructions so you’re comfortable, there are skilled Massage Therapists here with so many other modalities to offer like pregnancy massage, Thai massage, cupping etc. They have chiropractic care AND and acupuncturist Chelsey who everyone needs in their life. I had a wonderful massage today from Rebecca! I own a wellness center myself so naturally I am critical of other therapist/ wellness centers. She did a wonderful job- from the time I walked in the door to the time I checked out. She was friendly, attentive to my areas of concern and very professional. The space was very well decorated and welcoming, massage table was comfortable. I arrived a few minutes late because I could not find the business, she still did the full hour that I paid for, which I appreciate! My only suggestion- better signage on the outside of the building. Thanks Rebecca for a great session!
