About

I was inspired to become a yoga teacher through a personal healing crisis. Yoga and bodywork brought me back to health. I became a certified yoga teacher and shortly after began my education in bodywork. I credit the skilled touch of the therapist I found in 2000 and her education for opening a rabbit hole I jumped through and a life changing path!I began my career working with a chiropractor in Mission Viejo and an Integrative Medicine Clinic in Newport Beach. I have learned so much from each experience and am currently practicing with both clinics today.

Education and training
I am a sports/medical massage therapist. I specialize in rehabilitation and prevention of injuries using soft tissue techniques like myofacial release and Trigger Point massage. I am trained in pre/peri-natal massage as well as lymphatic drainage and oncology massage. I am also a certified RockTape specialist and very passionate about the bodies ability to heal.
