Med Plus Centers

Where do I start So I get to the office of Dr Brandon Hochman im a few minutes late because is unclear the address that is provide in the zocdoc app , the office number is not the same but that's the least of my problems. I get to the front desk and I ask if I'm in the right address a little back and forth but is stablish that I'm in the right office..so I ask the young lady at the front desk if this doctor works in this office she says yes and then I explained to her that I have an appointment with him at 3pm...well they can't located the appointment finally she ask if I did the appointment through this app witch I confirm and after that guess what ...well doctor is not there at the office today ..I got a litle upset but didn't disrespect anybody at the same time she reply "well I can put you down for next Thursday " just like that ...no apologies no attempt to call a new patient and say hey don't take the day off from work because he won't be here to see you ...is like the don't care at all ..so I told her to cancel everything and left.... I been in the healthcare industry for 20 plus years and I have never encountered such-and-such unpleasant unprofessional staff wow they just behave like they don't care no trying to solve the situation or hey when can you come back so we Can rectify this situation, she automatically guess that I was available next Thursday and it feel the way she said it like she was doing me a favor...and the sad thing is not even the doctor fault and most likely he'll never heard about this and I hope he does because I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person that encountered this situation. I hope this reaches the right person so changes can be make Anyway that was my experience

Love this place. My therapist Lionel is amazing, very knowledgeable and great with my exercises. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident August 30, 2024 had surgery for two fractures and I’ve been doing physical therapy. I’ve had a lot of progress thanks to them. The facility is very well kept very clean and the entire staff from the front desk, the doctors and the therapist are spectacular. If you’re looking for a place to help you gain strength after any injury this is your place. Thank you guys! ❤️‍🩹😉😊

I can’t say enough things about the Miramar Med Plus staff. When I arrived in the clinic I didn’t think there was a light at the end of the tunnel, little by little the sun started shining in and now there’s a ray of sunshine in front of me. The staff at Med Plus (Miramar)starting from the Receptionist to the therapist to the doctors have been nothing but professional, kind and helpful. I recommend this clinic To anyone who needs any type of therapy. They have great hours very clean happy environment they make you feel like part of their family and in the short time I’ve been going there that’s what we’ve become. So once again thank you to the entire staff for taking such great care of me.

Just this past Friday 2-28-20 I felt & hurt my lower back to which it lead me to the emergency room I contacted Med Plus Centers on the same day made an appointment for Monday, I got there barely Walking but after 1/12, of therapy with Dr. Hocman I felt much better and getting back to work soon! From someone I sent to Med Plus! A few days ago I couldn’t even hold my baby without experiencing shooting pain down the entire side of my body. And because of the expertise and skill of dr. Hochman which I have yet to see matched.Now I’m back to chasing both little ones around the house. Dr. Hochman and the staff at Med plus centers provide more than quality service. They are warm caring and always smiling. There isn’t another doctor on this earth I put my trust in like doc Hochman.
