I pulled my upper spine while stretching which caused me to have upper to mid back issues. My spine issues somehow caused me to have heartburn and I had to eat every few hours to get some relief. When I got adjusted in Indonesia, heartburn stopped for a few days and came back. I flew in to Scottsdale from Indonesia to visit my sister. I arrived Friday night and scheduled to fly out Sunday morning. McDowell Mountain Chiropractic was the only chiropractor open that Saturday morning. Dr. McDowell said that he doesn’t think that my heartburn has anything to do with my spine. I got adjusted but because I had to fly out the next day, was not able to schedule a follow up visit. 2 year later, I’m happy to report that I am completely healed after one treatment. Magical! There was never a need for a follow up visit. Additionally, the office was clean and the staff super friendly! Thanks Doc!

I came in for a deep tissue massage and was lucky enough to get paired with Elvia. I had back surgery and have a lot of scar tissue which was limiting my mobility. I felt 100% better after only 2 visits and had much better mobility. Not only did she give a great massage but also offered helpful tips to keep it that way. For over 1 year, I have been seeing both Dr. Perron for chiropractic and needling, and Chris Hodge for medical massage. I can't say enough about the great service I receive here.
