Dr. Rawlings is a native San Diegan. Dr. Rawlings completed his undergraduate studies at San Diego State University and received his doctorate of Chiropractic at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists. He is a qualified medical evaluator (QME) and performs disability/imipairment evaluations for injured workers in the state of California. He is full body and biomechanics certified in Active Release Techniques. Dr. Rawlings is married and enjoys playing organized soccer on the weekends.Dr. Rawlings has been practicing in San Diego and has helped hundreds of patients since 1985. He specializes and is certified in Active Release Techniques (ART). ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.
