I was calling for the first time . I was placed on hold for 8 minutes at the first hello. No music. Just mute. I said hello after looking at the phone repeatedly because of the silence for 8 mins . The receptionist unmuted, I heard some noise then silence again and I was hung up on . Bad taste in my mouth . Only reason I left any Stars is because I would like for the company to know the type of customer service being provided. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting the Dr.

Excellent professional and person, committed to help his patients as far he can without complaints.
He deals your spine problems with a lot of knowledge and outstanding experience,reducing pain, stress plus electronic stimulator to reduce far more the pain . Y have a few discs herniation problems and he helped me a lot to released pain and pressure plus scoliosis in my spine, I could not walk and in a few appointments I started to walk again.
I highly recommend Doctor Lopate for these problems in the back and spine.
