I went in with both a recurring pain in my lower back and a constant pain in my right hip. Dr. Fairchild worked with me once a week and now once every 2 weeks. As a team, with me doing excercises on her app at home, and her in office visits, I'm now pain free after 13 visits. Healing and strengthening muscles takes a little time and patience, but is well worth it!

Always a 5⭐️ experience! The front desk staff, Trinity, is welcoming, polite and very attentive and friendly. After you check in, you are welcomed to sit in the quiet and relaxing waiting room. I love that there are individual chairs that you get to sit in while you wait for a moment. It’s never awkward having to sit side-by-side next to somebody because you have your own comfortable chair (not to mention how comfortable the chairs are, plus they’re leather of some sort, so they just feel clean & modern) After a few moments, you’re welcomed back to a private room where your vitals are taken by Chrissy and you are then asked what’s going on with your body and what brings you in today. I love that it’s in a private room so nobody hears and you feel comfortable. Chrissy takes notes to pass on to the dr. And you can genuinely tell she cares! Once done there, you’re walked back out into the waiting room. Next the chiropractor herself walks out to the waiting room to get you. (I absolutely love this little detail, I can’t think of another doctor’s office where the doctor comes out to greet you and bring you back to their treatment room themselves!) Dr. Fairchild is incredible. She asks you more in-depth questions about the answers you gave to the previous employee. She makes eye contact, so you feel like you are actually being heard and she gives you time to speak. She answers all questions and explains everything very thoroughly. Throughout your appointment she explains what she sees going on and how she’s going to treat it and then, as she’s performing the services she checks in to make sure everything feels okay and that you’re comfortable. As she’s performing the different treatments on you, she’s chatting with you and you just feel like you are catching up with a friend. Appointments are quick and to the point, but never rushed. She uses different modalities, as well as your standard adjustments. I love the mix up of adjusting, scraping was a Gua Sha, cupping and so on. It’s hard to believe, but you actually feel so much better after the quick and very detailed treatment. Although the appointment is quick, it’s never rushed. Dr. Fairchild just knows exactly what she’s doing and doesn’t waste your time. Lastly, as you say your goodbyes and exit the treatment room she tells you exactly how many weeks until you need to come back. As you walk out you stop at the counter and get rescheduled and you’re out the door. They have the most perfect flowing system and I truly cannot think of a single recommendation that I would make to change it. These ladies know that you are in pain and need help, but they also understand that you have a busy life to get back to and you need to be pain-free for that. After a previous chiropractic appointment in Juneau at a different office, I swore I would never return. At the other office, I was taken back to a room that had a curtain, a bed, and a machine that stretched out your neck. Although it felt great, I was left alone, and the machine stopped after 15 minutes, and I just laid there for another 15 before I figured out how to get out of the contraption myself and walk up to the front to ask what I should be doing. The assistant that forgot me back there took me to a room with a bunch of exercise equipment and said OK now you’re going to do this. Zero direction, had no clue what or why I was doing that and it felt like I was just given a task in that room to keep busy until the doctor could see me. I left that appointment saying I would never return to the chiropractor again. So happy I gave Dr. Fairchild and her staff a shot. I was nervous after my first experience at the other place, but these ladies exceeded my expectations. This is definitely the only doctors appointment that I look forward to. 🤭
