Founder, Carey Gage has been a Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist since 2007. She received her education in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork from Waubonsee College in Chicago, IL an AS degree in Biology from Lee College, Houston TX and Bachelors Degree in Health Science from Arizona State University. Carey is a Certified Cupping Therapist, and Member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Growing her passion for healthy living, she has received advanced education and training in health coaching, nutrition, and integrative medicine. When not facilitating personal wellness and healing for others you can find Carey enjoying the great outdoors typically on her gravel bike, podcasting, motorcycling, theater arts, and gallivanting around with her fur-child, Dora.InHabit Wellness was founded in 2007 to bridge the gap between holistic and western bodywork while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. We view massage therapy as an art, combining intuition, education and skill. We offer services in the comfort, privacy, and safety of a home studio where we are dedicated to providing an exceptionally relaxing and clean experience in a non-commercial environment. Founder, Carey Gage is passionate about building collaborative relationships, and creating customized sessions unique to the individual healing process. As a small wellness studio, our commitment to quality is everything. We want our services to be more than just a treatment, but an EXPERIENCE. We know providing certain amenities impact healing. Which is why we don't charge extra for add on "enhancements". InHabit Wellness is an inclusive studio where diversity is celebrated, every BODY deserves massage.
