They have a new chiro there not the one who unfortunately passed away. First adjustment was good, but then he decided to do acupuncture on my hip and I didn't want that. It made the pain worse. When I told him his response was to tell me to come more often. I tried to politely explain to reception that I didn't want to rebook. Again being sensitive to the owner and his family. They kept calling though.
I was there through the VA and due to his notes lost the ability to get further chiro care. To make it very clear, I've been getting chiro for decades, it does work, the new guy here just did a bad job. Not listening to the patient and going outside the treatment requested (ie acupuncture) is unprofessional. I have an accupunturist who is really good.

Dr. Carter is one of the best! He always takes the time to explain things and is incredibly patient. The office is clean and welcoming, and the ladies in the front office are super sweet!

Dr. Carter is just the best! He is so knowledgeable about so many health issues on top of chiropractic work. He has helped my spinal and neck issues so much-- but also has helped me nutritionally and with my liver/gallbladder issues. The feel of the office is so homey and has that family practice type of feel.

Had a bad experience with a chiropractor in the past and a friend recommended Dr.Carter, so I gave chiropractic another go. I have low back pain and it is chronic, with the level of pain depending on the day. Dr Carter realigned me and I am now almost pain free!! He is professional, explained everything to me, and his clinic is clean and beautiful. He does not push unnecessary treatments on you and is very transparent with the information he is giving. 10/10 would recommend, thank you Dr Carter!!!

My husband and myself needed to find a very reputable chiropractor asap . We had a wonderful chiropractor in upstate New York before moving to Raleigh almost three years ago. It’s a thing you never rush into and carefully research your options. We chose Greg Carters office after reading the reviews and hearing positive remarks from friends. He absolutely made us very happy .
Short of details as to our issues we’ve had for years I will tell you to GO SEE HIM. He knew how to fix my long standing issues BETTER than what I believed was the best in Ny. My husband had a fragile issue with his neck and is getting amazingly and quickly better. Excellent reviews from us. Give him a Chance. You’ll be very very glad you did.
