Best Physical therapy group . Matt is the absolute best . He is very knowledgeable and intuitive with his PT. The entire staff is helpful and willing to assist their Patients’ needs.

I recommend Matthew Cascioli, PT. He is a spectacular PT and here is why. HE has a unique approach to each patient. he has knowledge of biomechanics and neurophysiology. He is able to add humor and fun to every physical therapy education with Personal trainer, exercise, assistant Charlie Malota. At his side. Charlie has a specific cardiac certification. There is supervised therapeutic exercise. I am an injured licensed physical therapist who underwent a total knee replacement October 2023. After undergoing intensive physical therapy, I am now able to get up off the ground, kneel, perform Sit to stand transfers and walk down steps ( albeit slowly). I am able to return to work successfully.

Hi , my first visit with Dr. Mathew was in 2016. I had moved away and am now living in the White plains area again. I had sciatica which comes and goes but with his help and with the stimulation, heat and Dr. Mathew massages I can manage it better. He is very diligent and takes the time to show exercises you can do outside his office. Even though I am in less pain I continue physical therapy for overall maintenance. He has a lot of cool gadgets that he shows us how to use. MY favorite is the feet wall rock ,as I call it , which helps my arthritis . At first it is difficult but if you continue to use it it will help the circulation in your feet which ,of course helps the other parts of your body. My 14 year old son has been seeing him as well and likes to chat with him regarding sports .Dr Matthew is a great mentor. My 9 year old daughter has been seeing the pt Ms. Raquel. She's very sweet and my daughter looks forward to seeing her every week. Kids have stress too! He and his team are very patient and knowledgeable. The front desk receptionist are accommodating and pleasant. I recommend this physical therapy office highly. Stay in motion! Norma and family.

I have utilized different PT facilities over the years. Haven Physical Therapy is so much better than all of them! Matt and his team do a fantastic job using many different modalities to help their patient’s recover. I highly recommend Haven Physical Therapy!

Haven physical therapy is amazing... Matt and all of the staff are wonderful, very attentive to all your needs. They treat each patient individually for their issues and needs. The staff always checks up on us, to see how we're doing. I'm a patient over 10 years with fibromyalgia a pinched nerve's and herniated discs. I don't know what I would do without them.
