New patient with Dr. Lederhos due to my insurance changes this year. He was interactive and listened and we found out we have things in common. He talked through a plan of care and explained as he performed treatment during my visit. I appreciate the on line portal and ability to schedule appointments on line or in the office. Registration was fast and easy.

I woke up one morning feeling like my lower back had completely betrayed me — like it was broken and holding a grudge. 😅 I was first seen by Dr. Tyler Lederhos, who was great. He walked me through stretches and worked on my back, and we did get some movement, which was definitely a win. On my follow-up visit, I saw Dr. Dean Wright, and the difference was noticeable for me. Both doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and clearly care about their patients, but I left feeling significantly better after that visit. I highly recommend this office if you’re dealing with back pain — they truly take the time to listen and help you feel better.

As someone travelling I am always wary of chiropractic care on the road as skills and philosophy can vary greatly however I was really in need of adjustments and relief so I took a shot and was glad to have made 2 visits to Firestone Chiropractic. I worked with Dr Lederhoss and found him to be a good listener and skilled at being precise, gentle and firm all at the same time. What I did not love about the place was the dangling of future treatment that would be beneficial to me in the moment and the “we are out of time” to get to do that for you today attitude. I know that this is typical in chiropractic care where you are scheduled every 10-15 minutes, but it does rub me the wrong way to be told you need something or it would be good to do at the end of a session and then get the but we can’t do it now because we are out of time line. Especially if it would be possible to wait or rest for a few minutes before receiving that further effective treatment while someone else is getting treated and then circled back to. There certainly is enough space in order to accommodate such a process in the facility. I already have mentioned this to the doctor, but the office manager and lead chiropractor were not onsite to receive this feedback, and they emailed with a link to provide this review. I will acknowledge that this is a common assessment I often have of quick turnaround practices. And I have been utilizing chiropractic treatments for 27 years on many states across the country. My experience did exceed the protocols of a chain facility like the joint, and if I lived in town, I would be satisfied enough to keep returning or try an unlimited sessions month so I could get to all the complex treatments I need. However, for the very fair drop-in rate and what looks like great monthly membership prices, I still give this an overall five star rating because the work I received, while not complete, was extremely helpful, and I liked the vibe and demeanor of the doctor and staff in addition to his skills.

I would highly recommend Firestone Chiropractic! They are extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with. I have always gone to chiropractors and wanted one close to home. I recently had an issue with my herniated disk in my back. I specifically asked if Dr. Dean had knowledge of how to make adjustments for this. The very first time I had a herniated disk (in another state), it took me going to 5 different chiropractors until I found the one who knew immediately what was wrong. As a result I'm quite skeptical of whether they will know how to adjust for that. Well he absolutely did, and I walked out feeling so much better. Some chiropractors don't seem to want to attempt to adjust for it, but thank goodness he knew exactly what to do! Thanks for all you do!

The best chiropractor I’ve ever been to! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dean. I have a natural fusion in my neck, and for years I struggled with constant, excruciating pain and not being able to turn my head all the way to the right. He’s the only chiropractor who has been able to keep me comfortable and living without that awful daily pain. He truly understands the body and takes the time to adjust based on your specific needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m so grateful to have found him and cannot recommend him enough!
