Welcome - Our practice is a complete Family Practice. We utilize a variety of treatment procedures to make your Chiropractic experience truly unique to you. We welcome new patients of all ages. Dr. Brenda Shelton is a graduate of PALMER College of Chiropractic West. She has been in practice in the Longmont area since 1988. She utilizes many different techniques. Each patient is treated individually with techniques that Dr. Brenda feels will benefit them most effectively. If you have had previous Chiropractic care and know what methods work for you, Dr. Brenda listens to your wishes. She does full Manual Manipulation as well as very gentle adjusting techniques such as the Activator, Cranial Vector Therapy, and the Drop Table method. Dr. Brenda specializes in Applied Kinesiology. With your adjustment you will receive Trigger Point Work throughout the muscles of involvement and moist heat packs or ice. Our goal is to stabilize your joints and balance your muscles so you feel good!Dr. Brenda is a Palmer West graduate. She worked with her Mentor, Dr. Vidmar, for five years before starting her own practice here at 1112 Francis Street in Longmont.

She treats your entire body not just your spine and can give you a program to keep you strong and agile. I highly recommend her and consider her my friend 🧡.....

Can’t even tell you how much Better my life is with Family Chiro. Very nice staff, and very detailed care, Dr. Brenda has a serious gift. My neck was in so much pain at one point I though I would need surgery, after leaving here I feel like every vertebrae is hugging it’s neighbor.

Love Dr Brenda and the staff. Treats all ages and is very through. It’s not go in for 5 minutes and your done. Really appreciate how Dr Brenda warms your muscles before the adjustment. It makes such a difference and since I have been seeing her for 25+ years I appreciate how Dr Brenda changes her treatments as my body has changed.

Dr. Brenda is just awesome! I went to her after getting sideswiped on the highway a few weeks ago. Very thoughtful chiropractor and very savvy about whole body functionality. She has over 30 years of practice, and is delightfully warm and has a healing touch. Highly recommended!

Best chiropractor I have ever been to, all of the people I send to Dr Brenda also love her. She always fixes my back the right way and is not rough like some chiropractors I have been to. The staff is great also, very friendly and caring.
