Dr. Fowler is originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado where he had his first experience with chiropractic care. He sustained a knee injury during a basketball game that guaranteed a delayed return to the team. He was immediately treated by his chiropractor for his knee, and in three short weeks he returned to the team to finish the season. This lead him to earn a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree along with an additional two Bachelor's degrees in 2012 in Health and Wellness and Anatomy & Physiology at one of the most intense chiropractic programs in the nation. He is a now a board certified licensed chiropractor in the state of Texas. Dr. Fowler was blessed to become the manager of Expressions Chiropractic & Rehab in February 2015. His passion for the human body, health, sports, and chiropractic drives the practice. Dr. Fowler is excited to serve the downtown Dallas area.Expressions Chiropractic & Rehab is located in downtown Dallas and was purchased in November of 2014. We're the sister clinic to Expressions Chiropractic located in Cedar Hill, TX. Dr. Fowler began working in the clinic on February 2, 2015.

I found Dr. Fowler in the building I work in, and he and his team have been such a tremendous blessing! When I started going there I was in constant pain in my left hip from a previous injury and chiropractic care that made it worse. My leg was going numb almost everyday at some point. If my whole leg wasn’t numb the pain was shooting down my leg, and my calf and foot would go numb. I couldn’t walk or run anymore, so my exercise routine had stopped. I was constantly taking ibuprofen to numb the pain. Over a period of about two or so months I really started to notice that I felt more straight, and I could get out of bed easily without the intense pain. The stretches that the staff performed and at home stretching became so much easier. I was reevaluated recently, and he had helped my hip alignment and back be in better alignment. I literally felt like I was leaning before I started treatment. I recently went on vacation to the beach. The difference between last year and this year was incredible. I spend a lot of time in the ocean playing with the kids, and last year I could hardly move after the first day. This year it was no problem! I never had any pain the whole time! This doctor was a God send because I honestly thought I would be in pain the rest of my life. I’m so glad I gave Dr. Fowler a chance to try to help me. It is well worth it!

I injured my left shoulder about four years ago and had seen other chiropractors in the past, but nothing ever seemed to help. Eventually, I honestly thought I’d just have to live with the pain for the rest of my life. My office had a health day, and a chiropractor came in to talk with employees and offer an exam at the office downstairs from my job. That turned out to be the best thing that ever happened. The office did X-rays and put together a thoughtful treatment plan that included myofascial massage, targeted stretches, and use of a TENS unit. After about two months, I started seeing and feeling real results. I could turn my neck further, almost touch my ear to my shoulder, and—most importantly—the exercise that caused my injury four years ago is now completely pain-free. Best decision I ever made. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr Paul and his team are just amazing! I'm always greeted with a smile and they treat me like they've known me for years! Had been suffering from excruciating back pain, (2 weeks of every month for 10 years) and no one could find the cause. Started going in September and in the first month my pain went down to 3 days a month and from an 8 to a 3 in terms of pain levels. I no longer have to have bottles of pain meds in every room and every bag for emergencies. I'm truly grateful to Dr Paul, would definitely recommend!
