Graduated from NUHS in 2013 and focuses on women's health, specifically through the motherhood transition. Dr. Lauren helps women gain knowledge on how to safely and confidently exercise during pregnancy and postpartum. She is also Webster Certified and a BIRTHFIT Regional Director.Dr. Lauren opened Elemental Chiropractic Inc. with the desire to treat people holistically with evidence based practices. Her main goal is to educate patients on their options so they understand their condition and treatment. She utilizes a wide range of treatment options from chiropractic and acupuncture to McKenzie Method of Diagnosis and cupping.
