I am the practitioner and owner of East/West Sports Acupuncture & Orthopaedics, LLC. I am a licensed Acupuncturist, licensed certified Athletic Trainer, and licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with over 25 years of experience in the sports medicine and orthopedic field. I am also certified and been utilizing the original Kinesio Taping Method for over 20 years. What sets me apart from all the other acupuncture practice is that I am the only sports specialized acupuncture practice in the Greater Boston area and the entire Eastern Massachusetts region that only see and treat patients with sports-related and musculoskeletal injury and conditions. My athletic patients treated consist of Professionals, Olympians, Nationals, World, and amateur athletes.

East/West Sports Acupuncture & Orthopaedics offers a unique holistic treatment approach to acute, chronic, and post-operative sports and musculoskeletal conditions integrating both Eastern and Western methods. The goal of East/West Sports Acupuncture & Orthopaedics is to holistically provide immediate reduction of pain and muscle spasms, decreased in swelling and inflammation, increase in range of motion, restoration of mobility, strengthening of weakened parts of the injured body and the immune system, and quickened healing time. Treatments combine Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) approaches such as sports acupuncture, dry needling/trigger points acupuncture, motor points acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, infra-red heat lamp, kinesio taping method, and tuina together with Western Medicine rehabilitation approaches such as stretching, joint/soft tissue mobilization, soft/deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, and therapeutic exercises. East/West Sports Acupuncture & Orthopaedics will get patient back to functional activity and health quickly and safely.
