I was very impressed with Dr. Nimiria’s professionalism and genuine care. From the beginning, she took the time to carefully listen and understand each of my concerns, and she asked thoughtful questions that made me feel heard in a way many doctors do not. She was transparent about the costs, length of treatment, and expectations before my initial consultation and scan, which I greatly appreciated. Although I ultimately did not move forward with the recommended protocol due to my own scheduling conflicts, Dr. Nimiria still provided my scans in a professional and timely manner and even referred me to a chiropractor closer to my area. Her attention to detail, honesty, and patient-centered approach truly stood out. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking chiropractic care.

She’s been the only doctor to actually fix me consistently despite my tricky diagnosis! Highly recommend and worth every dollar. Let me start by saying I’m not a chiropractor person so when I first heard about Dr. Nimira I was a bit skeptical. That said, she came to me through a recommendation from a very good friend who had sent her husband to be treated for his neck after several failed attempts to improve his pain through other treatment options. I’ll break it down here. Appointments Making appointments is so easy - call or even text. I usually text now that I’m on a maintenance schedule. The first appointment consisted of a thorough evaluation combining technology (specialized diagnostic equipment) and low tech hands-on measurements. These data were used to generate a report that showed pretty clearly I was not in alignment. For background, I had just been hospitalized and diagnosed with a herniated disc (L3 L4) at 4cm that should not have been generating the pain than it was, according to the various orthopedic surgeons. Technique This is not your typical back cracking in anyway shape or form. She fancies herself as a non traditional, non force chiropractor and admittedly I was very surprised at how little she actually touches you - one press on a very specific part of the neck to adjust what I’ve learned is the global axis (or something like that). Despite the relatively little action this has been soooooo effective. Every. Single. Time. Keep reading for more. Treatment Dr. Nimira starts her assessment with checking the neck using a tool that’s connected to her computer and asking a set of questions that’s she’s discovered are indicative of physical well being as well. She then has you lay face down on the low adjustment table and checks your alignment based largely on whether your legs / feet are even. You then go to the “rest room” - this room is awesome! You sit in a zero gravity chair with a specifically shaped “dog bone pillow” (aka neck pillow) and this is meant to get you to an equilibrium so you can then come back out and she determines whether you need an adjustment. The adjustment itself is very minimal relative to everything I thought I knew about chiropractic. Then you go back to rest for another 30 mins and she repeats the checking process a third time. Price / Value I’m not sure when it happened but over the last several years more and more specialists have stopped taking health insurance and it seems the chiropractor specialty is one of those professions. Like all the others, she’s a cash pay (yes credit card of course). She spends the time to generate a super bill monthly that you can submit for reimbursement. This is great and appreciated. Some providers make you work for it. Results She gets them for me. I can’t explain the science but I can explain my pain going from 8 to 2 or better and it holds. I don’t feel like I’m getting a placebo effect or “stuck” in a cycle going back. This approach just works. Office and Bedside Manner The office and treatment rooms are so cool (see pics) and her demeanor is beyond delightful and definitely puts even the most anxious patient at ease.

Dr Nimira is amazing! Her technique is gentle and allows your body to make changes from head to toe on its own, with little adjustment. She is so patient, kind, knowledgeable and very attentive whenever you need her between visits. I have migraines, headaches, neck pain and alignment issues. I have only been seeing her for about 6 weeks (6 month program of healing)and already feel a difference. My body is making drastic changes for the better. I recommend her to anyone searching for answers and relief that the medical field, other chiropractic options and PT cannot provide.
