Norman C. Adelkopf, DC is the clinic director and owner of Creative Natural Health. He worked for a multi-office organization for 13 years prior. The last 6 of those years were spent in an administrative capacity that was invaluable in learning how to run a business. The problem was he started miss hands on patient care. So in 2014, Dr. Adelkopf decided it was time to open his own practice and get back to treating patients.With over 20 years of experience as a practicing chiropractor Dr. Adelkopf started Creative Natural Health as an alternative the medical healthcare which included chiropractic care and nutritional strategies. As time went on Dr. Adelkopf started to realize that in addition to alternatives to traditional healthcare there are thousands of people who have been in domestic accidents, sports accidents, work accidents and auto accidents that also desperately need alternatives to standard medical care. As a result, Dr. Adelkopf went on a working sabbatical learning all that he could about being a trauma trained physician. Late nights and long weekends earned him the credentials and expertise to offer a much broader set of services for his patients who are injured as his curriculum vitae reflects. In addition, a new branch of Creative Natural Health was born called Embassy Lakes Accident & Injury Center. We are two names but, "all for one and one for all".

For years I have had to deal with an arthritic-type pain in my shoulders and chronic back pain. I had my own remedies for each. But, all of that changed in October (2023) the two collided and I was experiencing debilitating pain throughout my body - nerve pain, joint pain, muscle pain. I could not stand for more than 5 minutes at a time, I could not sit for more then 30 minutes. I was miserable and trying everything to relieve myself - therapeutic message, acupuncture, Rheumatoid pharmaceuticals, cryo-therapy and physical therapy.
I have not had the best chiropractic care in the past and was reluctant to try again. My sister encouraged me and I found Dr. Norm at Creative Natural Health. My consultation with Dr. Norm was thorough and revealing and the prescribed treatment plan was easy to understand. I started my Chiropractic treatment in mid-March (and continued my PT) and started to see improvement almost immediately. I am no longer in PT and I returned to playing tennis and my sleep has improved. My active lifestyle is returning. A few short weeks ago I stood up in my kitchen for about two hours cooking meals. No pain!!! That's when I realized Dr. Norm is a godsend :) and spinal health is the core of overall health. I still have some work to do but I am 1000% committed to the plan. More to come :)

My experience with Doctor Norm has been amazing. The staff there is very friendly and always smiling. During my visit, Dr. Norm underwent a thorough evaluation discussion with me to determine my neuropathy stages. He explained how these treatments will work and improve my daily living. I must say, after following his plan step by step, each day has gotten better for me. The plan was flexible and the adjustments and therapy in the in office visits were awesome. I would recommend his services to anyone in need because he shows, he cares about your well being the natural way.
