This place is amazing. The chiropractic and acupuncture care is top-notch, and every provider actually takes the time to listen and explain what’s going on. I never feel rushed, and the treatments really work. The front desk and staff are super friendly, efficient, and make everything easy from scheduling to insurance. The whole office runs smoothly and has such a good vibe. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality chiro or acupuncture care in NYC.

I can’t get over how thankful I am to have found this practice. Not only are they in-network, but they have multiple providers you can see depending on your needs and schedule. I’ve found so much relief from doing both chiropractic and acupuncture here — I honestly wonder why I waited so long to try acupuncture!
Because my work schedule changes constantly, I’ve had the chance to see nearly every provider, and while each has their own treatment style, I’ve found relief every single time. When you wake up with that random kink that came out of nowhere, Dr. Fred Schmidt is the one to see. When you have that deep tension in your spine that no amount of stretching helps, Dr. Joshua Pickell and Dr. Ernst David always figure it out and get me feeling right again. For consistent care, Dr. Marlene Rivera has been my go-to for a long time.
I also have to mention how incredible the acupuncture care is here. I started with the owner of the practice and have since worked with several of their other acupuncturists. Now I see Miriam for dry needling and myofascial release — which has truly been a game changer for me.
This place has worked miracles for me, and I can always count on them to do so.

Meh.
This practice is a mixed bag of tricks.
Starting with the owner who has terrible bedside manners (trickles down from the top, always); she was condescending and self deceivingly full of herself. My initial chiropractic visit was with her and she spent at least half of it boastingly complaining about interactions with some staff she’d recently fired. No listening bone in that body.
Desk staff was efficient, polite and friendly, but all seemed immediately made uncomfortable by their boss’s proximity (toxic environment red alert)!
The chiropractic care you get is dependent on who you see, which is largely dependent on who’s available. There are one or two chiropractic practitioners with good reviews, but they were always booked during the times I needed, so I can’t say that there aren’t people here doing good work—but I never saw this 1-2 doctor/s, who for obvious reasons is/are in very high demand. I did, however, see a half dozen different doctors who all had one (1) thing they liked to do & that’s what they did—and not always very well. One particular person had loud boisterous pop music piped into the room and monologue chatted about some irrelevant menial topic, then proceeded to plug me to the stim machine (which is basically what they all love to do —or are told to do by their boss, because it’s billable at a high rate) and never laid a hand on me. You will get a minimal 30 second adjustment here —if that, if you’re lucky. They see you swiftly & you’ll be out of there pronto.
The ONE great thing about this place, and its one saving grace, is the acupuncturists. The two practitioners I saw here were great. Both were kind, mindful, generous, well trained, well informed, knew what questions to ask and actually listened to my concerns. They practiced patient first care and are responsible for the only professional healing care I experienced in this practice.
So, all in all, If you’re in need and can’t find a better place, you can try it— they won’t kill you or anything.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others not to come here. The “doctor” came in and didn’t perform any real assessment. I specifically mentioned that I was experiencing hip pain and had been doing physical therapy, and I came in requesting an adjustment. Instead, he briefly touched my hip, talked nonstop about soccer after I mentioned that I play, and never actually evaluated my condition.
The entire visit lasted about 10 minutes, with no massage, no proper examination, and no real chiropractic care. I left feeling like the appointment was a complete waste of time and money. I genuinely expected a professional assessment and some form of treatment, but instead, I just got a casual conversation.
