Called this place today, told them my backs situation and that I hadn't workers comp insurance as well as any necessary documents. I was told to come in right away, even got a text confirmation on my way there from my house which is 30 miles away, mind you I'm in terrible pain, I finally arrived and took me a few to cripple my way into the place JUST TO SEE SOME CHIROPRACTOR TELL ME THEY CANT SEE ME DO TO WORKMAN'S COMP ISSUES!! TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME, GAS, AND EXTRA PAIN. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS CHIROPRACTOR....edit to do the owners response... When I called your office I INFORMED YOU/ YOUR SECRETARY/ MY EXACT SITUATION IN DETAL INCLUDING THAT I FILLED OUT THE WORKMAN COMP AND WOULD BRING IT ECT... YOU/ YOUR SECRETARY THEN MADE ME YHE APPOINTMENT... HAD YO TOLD ME THEN OVER THE PHONE YOU COULD NOT SEE ME DUE TO YHE WAY WORKMAN'S COMP LAWS ARE THEN OBVIOUSLY I WOULD NOT HAVE DROVE IN PAIN SO FAR TO WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY.....AND YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO INSINUATE I WAS AT FAULT... NOT EVEN THE DECENTCY TO APOLOGIZE.... DR. DICKERSON

Both my son and his gf left their separate sessions without relief from their pain. She says the pain is worse since her treatment as so did my son when he had his session a couple of years back. In my years of using a chiropractor Id leave sore but never in pain within that day I had total relief. X-rays are vital before treatments.

My husband seen Dr Dickerson and it was a great experience for him as he doesn’t do reviews so I thought I would. He was very informative and such a pleasant person the front desk person was also so nice. Didn’t realize how many services he offers. He will certainly be seeing him again and also myself and already told my sister.

My 1st visit was today. They were able to get me in as a new patient within 1 day. I do not have insurance so I was paying by cash and was surprised that it only cost me $90 for my initial consultation AND 1st adjustment. They said it will only be $45 a visit from this point on. Dr. Dave took his time with me. He really listened to everything I said and showed compassion, which is rare in doctors these days. There was no rushed feeling of trying to hurry me through and get me out the door. He took his time with me and made sure he explained everything he was doing so that I felt comfortable. I enjoyed his easy-going attitude and little jokes and facts that he shared. I will DEFINITELY be coming back! I read the reviews and thought I'd give him a try even though there were a couple bad reviews. I realize that those negetive reviews were by persons who seemed like they just have bad attitudes anyways. I'm glad I decided to ignore them and give this chiropractor a try. He is a sweet guy and the lady at the front desk was equally sweet. Dont ever prejudge people based on a couple bad reviews alone. I am not a friend of or family member of anyone employed here in case you're wondering. I just like to give honest fair reviews. Go ahead and give this place a try!

If you are looking for unkind, rude office staff and receiving a bill nearly a year after you saw the doctor, then here’s the place for you. I wish 0 stars was a possibility. I called to question my bill and a lady’s phone line kept cutting out and she said someone would call me back. A very angry woman called me today (at least they followed through!) telling me I was rude to her office staff and needed to pay what I owed and it was my responsibility despite them having not billed me until nearly a year later. I then spoke with my insurance who is reviewing the claim and they called the office to let them know the claim was being reviewed. My insurance representative just called me back to express how rude they were also treated on their brief phone call. NEVER AGAIN #skipthisplace #billingissues
